I have a penchant for Spam. Though I haven't eaten any since I was a kid, it brings a sort of 1950s-life-is-meant-to-be-perfect nostalgia. I admire its resilience.

A friend of mine in SLC showed us his collection (he recently returned from Guam, which apparently is a big fan of canned meat). He had purchased this large amount for a Spam and wine pairing party.
I can't wait to copy the idea...
